An experienced Financial Administrator is required to join our team based at our offices in Ponteland. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role within financial services, be personable, professional and highly organised. We will consider either a full or part time position, salary circa £18k per annum pro rata.
Duties and responsibilities of the role include:
Supporting the Financial Planner
Processing new business applications in a compliant manner
Updating and maintaining client information on both the back-office system and in client files
Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
Responsibility for keeping the Financial Planner and clients up to date with case progress
Obtaining and providing client valuations
